Water extraction and structural drying

We pump out standing water, then use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to find water hidden inside walls, ceilings and floors before drying the structure with industrial-grade equipment. Drying it properly the first time is what stops warped floors and mold later.

Mold remediation

Plastic containment barriers and "Do Not Enter" signs keep mold spores from spreading while we work. Mold remediation means removing the growth, treating the surfaces with EPA-approved antimicrobials, and fixing the leak or humidity problem that caused it so it doesn't come back.
